By definition a bottle can transform into a human mind. Watery, electrical and a container of feelings
— The secret bottle painter

Emerging Eco Artists

Anything can happen in my tiny battered painting studio.

I find a bottle, catch a feeling and moments later all the sand, soda ash, limestone and dolomite have been transformed by the paint brush into an epicentre of new sensations and feelings.

Painting on bottles mirrors walking in the sand, by the sea where transient feelings can be captured.

The medium of glass allows me to explore a heightened tension between the friction of the paint and glass, like human conversations that often transmit, producing moments of euphoria and despair.

The expression is similar to Freuds free association where the starting and the endpoint remain un-attainable, but explorative and free.

The drive is to produce eco art in an ever destructive, resource impoverished world.

Experimental artworks on cognitive experiences with music and nature are currently hosted across the UK.

Commissioned works are also produced
